One Stop Glass came out originally to repair a broken window for me in 2016. The window had condensation develop within it . I called the company in 2019 and they came to take a look at it. True to their word, they lived up to their original warranty. Mario and his team replaced the faulty glass quickly and at no charge. I was as happy as could be. They are professional, on time, trustworthy and considerate. I would use this company for all my glass needs in the future.

Emailed initially to get a quote and got a quick answer . The price was excellent. They were able to come to my workplace the next day and changed my windshield in 20 minutes. Chris was ver professional and friendly .

A rock had hit my windshield while I was driving on i10. I had looked at several places around town to have the crack fixed and found that One Stop had several great reviews. As soon as I walked in, i was greeted by Andy. Andy was very professional and was so nice. He immediately walked outside with me and assessed the damages to my windshield. Andy took my car and fixed the damages in a timely manner. On top of everything, they give military discount if your insurance doesn't cover the cost. Price for repair is extremely affordable since my insurance didn't cover it. Very pleased with the work. Glad I came here for business. I highly recommend them!

I'm a trucker who picked up a rock or something and cracked my windshield outside of Ft. Worth, TX. I was really upset! A friend of mine recommended that I wait until I get to El Paso and contact One Stop Glass. I stopped at Love's and they were quoted about $400 just for the windshield! I called One Stop Glass and got a quote of $135 for a 2014 Freightliner!!! Guess who I went with? When the guy arrived (early) he went to work immediately and was done in less than 20 minutes!! I swear! The install was very professional and I'm extremely satisfied with the services. Without a doubt if you need a windshield installed truckers this is the place to call and they will come to you!

Traveling down I-10 in our Motorhome from Tucson, got a chip in the windshield. Pulled into El Paso about 3PM on a Friday afternoon. They sent someone out within an hour to repair. Excellent service!!

Beto at One Stop was by far the best customer service I have encountered in a long time! The shop was courteous, quick, and a no nonsense attitude. You can tell all these guys know glass and anything to do with replacing it or fixing it. We wanted a tempered piece for our new dining room table and they were spot on with measurements, install, and everything was done very quickly with short turn around time after initial quote. Simply amazing work!

Beto got me quote for replacement quarter panel window for toyota, David showed up same day and boy was I surprised the quality that he did on the windows, excellent customer sevice I will be a loyal customer!!! Mario is so professional with excellent people skills. He always called ahead to let us know he was on his way to our house to measure for a shower door and then to install the shower door. The door was custom made and and it fits perfect. We know we can count on One Stop for excellent workmanship. No walls were moved and the shower looks and feels more spacious. One Stop replaced a broken window at my house. The price provided was great, and trust me I shopped around. They were super considerate of my time and called prior to taking measurements and installation. Installation was faster then expected and everyone was so professional.

Recently weve had some serious rains here in West Texas. I took my classic car to One Stop due to water leaks from the front windshield and rear window. Personnel at One Stop were very friendly and very helpful. These folks went out of their way in making sure that my entire windshield and rear window had the proper seal to avoid further leaks. They even applied water to the windows to insure there were no leaks to the interior of my classic. The process was pretty quick; today I have not had any problems with water leaks. I had ten panes of window glass replaced in May of 2015 by One Stop Glass. Customer service was excellent: calls were returned and friendly, polite and professional information was provided. They actually delivered it, without charge, less than 2 hours later and they took the time to install it for me.  You can not do better than with these folks!

Nothing but the best
Amazing service. Called 5 other shops all over El Paso and nobody was as professional, flexible or better priced. I called them late afternoon on a Monday and they were able to see me right away to get my windshield replaced. Best price by well over $100! Recommend them to anybody who needs any glass or windshield work. Keep up the awesome work!
